1. Who we are

Aether Funded (“Aether,” “we,” “us”) is the trade name of 18170380 Canada Inc. and operates aetherfunded.com from Canada. Questions: the contact form.

2. What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, and password.
Identity for Funded activation and payout review: legal name, country, address, and a government photo ID you upload.
Payout destination details you save so we can send an approved payment.
Evaluation records: account size, trading activity, and payout requests.
Payment records: amount and status. Cards are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Messages you send us, and basic logs needed to run and secure the site (such as IP address).

3. How we use it

We use this information to run evaluations, take payment, review payouts, prevent abuse, and email you about your account. We handle personal information under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA. We do not sell personal information. Government photo ID is used only to review Funded activation and payouts by hand — not for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who process payments, host the site, and send account email — only as needed to run the service. If we use a simulated trading-platform provider, we share the name, country, and address needed for that provider’s data form — not the photo ID. We may also share information if required by law or to prevent fraud.

5. Retention and cookies

We keep account, trading, and payout records while you have an account and as long as we need them for disputes, accounting, or the law. Use the contact form to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. We may keep records we are required to keep. We use a session cookie so you can stay logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Card details are entered on our payment processor’s secure page. We never store full card numbers. Government photo ID is stored to review Funded activation and payouts, not for advertising.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page before the change applies.
