Trading futures and futures options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose more than you intend to risk. Past results — including simulated results — do not predict future results.

Aether Funded Tests and Funded accounts are simulated evaluations. We do not hold client trading funds or route live exchange orders. Simulated trades can look cleaner than live trades. Slippage, rejects, lockups, and partials in a live market may be worse than what you see in the Control Center. If that model ever changes for a specific account, we will say so in writing first.

The fee pays for one evaluation attempt, not a trading deposit. The account fails if you hit the end-of-day trailing drawdown or exceed max contracts. A flatten at close can still hit that line. A paid reset is another attempt. We do not guarantee that you will pass, become Funded, or receive a payout. Unless required by law or we agree in writing, Test and reset fees are non-refundable once applied. No refund if you fail, do not use the login, change your mind, or do not receive a payout. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate closure of related accounts and denial of related payouts. See the Refund Policy.

A payout is a discretionary payment from firm funds. It is not a withdrawal of money you deposited and not a brokerage cash balance. Eligible profit is requested from the Funded account (90% to you; on approval the Funded balance and the trading login drop by that amount plus our 10%). Regular payouts are at least $250 and leave the published size cushion above the Funded starting balance and are size-capped on each of the first three payouts. Closing the Funded account needs the same five winning days as a regular payout, then pays 50% of the cushion leftover; that account cannot trade or reset after we approve. Amounts and timing follow the terms and rules. Every request is reviewed and can be denied.
